Twelve is owned by husband and wife team Caroline Upton and Paul Moss who are passionate about fine dining and hospitality. They have a wealth of experience in 4 and 5 star hotels, Michelin stared restaurants and function venues around the UK.
In 2000 they opened Twelve Restaurant in Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire. The huge success of the restaurant, including a number of national awards, two AA rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand has naturally led to the development of outside catering services.
